Meet Ali, one of our master waist beaders. He is originally from Mali and grew up in Ghana where he learned the art of beading. Beading is a craft that is passed down from generation to generation. Ali has trained over 20 beaders in the craft of beading and continues to improve his skills daily. Some master beaders can string as many as 12 strands at a time.
