Adinkra Expo frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Orders are processed in house and take between 1-3 business days, depending on the current volume of orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking and you can use that link to track your packages. Once orders are shipped, delivery generally takes another 3-5 business days. Please note that once we give the package to USPS for delivery, we do not have control over the package and delivery delays.
We send order confirmation and shipment notices to the email you provide when you are checking out. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t see it after the expected shipment date, please check your spam mail for info@adinkraexpo.com.
We restock items frequently, however, not all items are restocked at once. If you are interested in a particular item, please sign up using the “notify me when available” button on the individual listing and you will receive an alert as soon as that item restocks.
Our customer service hours are Monday - Saturday. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response to all emails.
