SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing

All orders are processed by our team and handed to USPS for shipment within 5-7 business days after purchase. All retail orders ship from Virginia unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping. All packages are shipped using USPS standard shipping which takes approximately 3-5 business day for delivery to most addresses within the United States. Orders being shipped to Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS through our Standard shipping method.

International Shipping. We do not offer shipment to international locations at this time.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your USPS tracking number. Use the tracking number to monitor your package's status via the USPS website. Once your package is with USPS, we do not have any additional updates outside of what USPS provides on their website or through their customer service number.
Missing or Delayed Orders

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of USPS. Adinkra Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms shipment.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
Standard USPS shipping includes limited coverage for packages valued up to $100. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you may file a claim directly with USPS.
Cancel Order or Change Shipping Address

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we will do our best to support you.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price.
